Refund and Chargeback Policy

At The Global Sports Academy (GSA), we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience with our football coaching courses, training programs, and related services. This Refund and Chargeback Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and how chargebacks are handled. 

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Below are the terms governing refund eligibility: 

 Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Service Non-Fulfillment: If GSA fails to deliver the purchased coaching session, course, or event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing our services and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• Cancellations by GSA: If we cancel a scheduled training session, course, or event, and you choose not to reschedule.

 Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of Mind: If you decide not to continue after purchasing a service.
• Missed Sessions: If you fail to attend a booked training session or event without prior notice.
• Completed Services: Once a coaching session or training program has been fully delivered.
• Partial Usage: If you have accessed part of the course or service but decide to discontinue.

•  Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original payment date.
• Requests must be submitted in writing to info@gsa.fit, including proof of purchase and a reason for the refund.
• If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Refunds for payments made via bank transfer or EFT may take additional time based on banking procedures.

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction with their bank or credit card provider. To avoid unnecessary disputes, we encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. 

• If a chargeback is initiated, GSA will suspend your access to our services until the matter is resolved.
• We will provide evidence to the payment provider that the service was delivered as agreed.
• If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in violation of our policies, we may take further legal action or permanently ban the user from future transactions.

 To prevent unnecessary chargebacks:

• Review our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before purchasing.
• Contact info@gsa.fit for assistance with any payment disputes.
• If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, notify us before filing a chargeback with your bank.
